Good gift for self and family

I have a spine and back that it was recommended by my PT that I purchase a suboccipital massager. I looked at the many available and chose this one. When I received it there was NO instructions or diagrams on how to use it. Oh sure I could probably look it up but I expect there to be some guidance when I am purchasing something that should benefit my health. I am very disappointed. I have written to the seller and I am waiting for a response. If I do not receive some instructions I will need to return the item.

I have to add cushioning....

This is good yet not great. Hopefully I can master this soon.
