Faulty! Loss of money! Irresponsible support team.
I was given a faulty piece and I uave been communicating with powermax where they did promise to provide the faulty material replaced. Looks like tomorrow never comes to them. Worst company, I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything from who are not willing to provide after sales service!

Good water rowing machine with solid build
I ordered the product because the build looked good and the delivery timeline was also faster for my location (Delhi) than other suppliers. Price was more or less on par with other similar products. Glad that I made the purchase. Strong build quality capable of supporting heavy builds, smooth operation, quality materials used. Happy to recommend this product.

Horrible After Sales Service
The aftersales service is horrible and there is generally no response from the Powermax team. This company must not be allowed to sell on Amazon. It is an expensive piece and yet keeps on breaking down. Their complaint lodgement portal also does not work.Highly avoidable
