Perfect indoor playhouse/clubhouse/fort!
My 3 1/2 year old daughter loves to build forts under tables and desks. I wanted her to have something that would serve the same purpose, but I didn’t feel that the standard kid teepee or pop-up tent would be very practical. This product is fantastic. It has a sturdy, simple frame. I was afraid it would be particle board, like those cheap cube shelves, but it’s made out of the same kind of wood that cribs are made out of. The fabric is a a plastic-like, tent material that goes on just by sliding the ends over the two bottom pieces. I love that, if my daughter ever decides she’s over princesses, that it would be a cinch to make a new fabric cover. The size is perfect for my daughter, he little chair, her bookshelf, and a few more toy baskets. Its footprint is about 46”x46”. I wish my other kids would have had one of these when they were younger!

My 3.5-year old LOVES this!
My daughter (3.5) is a big Disney princess fan, *and* a big fan of forts. We tried a tent previously but there wasn't enough room inside, it was too flimsy and she'd trip coming out of it. We tried homemade forts, but we'd have to fix the blanket a lot and she'd have a meltdown anytime I needed to borrow one of my own dining chairs. When we didn't have a tent or fort up, she'd crawl under the dining room table for hours at a time and even nap there occasionally. So she got this for Christmas and it's perfect! It's sturdy, I don't have to adjust anything on it or worry about her breaking it, she has plenty of room inside (I can fit in there with her to play), she loves the princesses, and we get to keep our dining room. :) The material lets some light in, which is nice, and when she wants it to be dark, we just throw a big blanket on top and she's happy as a clam. She loves it so much, she's started sleeping in it (with her colorful nightlight, of course.)I'd recommend 2 people for assembly, but my husband only needed my help on about 2 steps somewhere in the middle. He was able to do the rest by himself. Since the back has a piece of wood across the bottom, I'd also recommend putting the back side up against a wall. We tried using it as a walk-through to her Disney princess kitchen set, but she kept tripping on the wood, so we put it against the wall instead and it's perfect. One thing we didn't think about until Christmas Eve, is that it needs to be assembled in the room it's going into. So we couldn't surprise her with it already put together on Christmas morning because it wouldn't have fit through her doorway after assembly. Hakuna matata, because my kid was still stoked just seeing the picture on the box. lolGood quality, didn't take long to put together, and my daughter is thrilled to have her own full-time fort/hair salon/camping tent/whatever she decides it'll be today. Highly recommend.

Such a cute playhouse!
Arrived in perfect condition. The item was packaged with adequate protection. The playhouse took about 30 minutes to assemble and was pretty simple. An Allen wrench is provided but you will need a Phillips head screwdriver. My girls were so excited, they were already trying to play in it before I was even finished putting it together. It’s such a great size for them and looks so cute in the playroom. My youngest has been holding her picnics with her princesses and Princess dance parties in the play house every day!

Adorable!
I am in love! My son was so infatuated with this playhouse. The assembly takes about 2 people. I just so happened to do it all by myself but I wouldn’t suggest anyone else do that because I could have broke it but I didn’t! Also build it inside of the room unless you have huge doorways!

Good quality
I found the instructions a bit odd. It said to lay it flat and screw from underneath. I was able to assemble by myself. I did have a problem with the top wood piece fitting exactly. I had to take out the wood biscuit because it didn’t align properly and cracked the wood. It’s quite sturdy. As a boy mom, I do wish you could wash the cover without unscrewing the frame.Admittedly I didn’t read the details and expected something plastic but was happy to find this wooden tent. It was also larger than expected.
