This mirror es by far the most expensive that I have seen in the market but I love it and would fully recommend to anyone.

Very pleased with this mirror… expensive, but you get what you pay for…. My previous mirrors have always failed the points below: 1) The mirror is significantly brighter than my previous make-up mirrors. 2) Brightness remains the same whether on battery or plugged in (this is a massive improvement) 3) Battery life is good, but not the advertised 5 weeks. I guess my usage isn’t normal at about 1 hour a day, and I like the mirror as bright as possible. It lasts about a week after a full charge, but that’s more than fine. 4) The power socket is in the base. This is super-important, so that if you’re using the mirror plugged in, then you can switch sides without the cable tangling. Most mirrors these days have the socket at the top in the mirror part, which is ridiculous. 5) This mirror uses a sensor to detect your presence to automatically turn on/off. This works great, and much better then nearly all the mirrors these days which have the power button on the mirror surface (so you have to touch it) and an annoying power button graphic eating into available mirror space. 6) The mirror is very solidly built. So only 1 negative, and that’s not about the mirror itself. It is about the USB charger. It comes with 2 adapters, 1 for UK sockets and another adapter (US possibly). These adapters don’t lock into place very well into the charger itself. I don’t use it…. I’ve accumulated so many of these over the years I use one that is safer and well made. The one that comes with the mirror seems to be a generic adapter that is very cheap and not well made. But overall, a superb mirror!

I had this mirror for 20 days, then the lights failed + it stopped charging. Interestingly, looking at the comments below the official You-tube 'Reset' procedure (don't bother, it never works) this is a very common fault which hasn't been solved for several years. They then want you to pay carriage for the return of the mirror. Considering the eye-watering price & shoddy quality I feel cheated & angry - surely the premium price should extend to even basic service levels ?? I think the only 'Simple Human' was me - buying this overpriced junk in the first place.
