I bought this thinking it was going to be creatine monohydrate capsules but turns out its actually a "special formula" of black pepper and other useless ingredients with a tiny amount of creatine. It takes 5 of these giant capsules to get the amount of creatine you would want. Absolute garbage, buy a different product.
