Good for Energy & Mood
This is good stuff. I like all my supplements from Wholesale Health Connection and believe their quality to be good, although not necessarily organic (the company claims their products ARE organic but that they don't want to pay the money to have it certified, which makes me wonder why their money is even wasted making them organic then, although I think I believe them). The N-Acetyl part of the L-Tyrosine allows it to be better absorbed by our bodies, and it helps with mood and energy. I believe more and more athletes and people will use this health supplement in their daily regimen.N.A.L.T. is also useful for when you need to be alert when you haven't slept enough, like for night workers and students. I mixed the N.A.L.T. with my favorite adaptogen supplement, Rhodiola Rosea (3% rosavin), to create a calming, energy-boosting, creativity+focus+cognition-enhancing, mood elevating superpill! It works beautifully, and although I don't personally find N.A.L.T. as necessary as many of my other supplements, I still like it.

Fast delivery, great packaging, excellent product at a cheap price
I have ordered supplements from several different places, and this time, I'm pleasantly surprised. The quality of both the packaging and the product are fantastic. The reason I mention the packaging, is that I have found that many products come in bulky, useless packages that are either bottles, or gimmicky. Purisure has an effective ziplock system that functions, but also isn't trying to "wow" you with expensive packaging. Inside, the product is crisp and clean and easy to use. Instructions for recommended amounts are printed on back. I will order from them from now on.

I wish it had a scoop for the suggested amount but it’s good stuff. I stack it with others in my morning Oj

Combined with ALCAR, powerful enough to burn out your brain
I'm trying to fix up my ADHD which was pretty savage; I was experiencing periods of amnesia.I have been taking a lot of supplements for the past 8 months and my experience is I'm depleted with everything. I talk to all my therapists and doctors about this - their comments - " Your recovery is very fast. Don't get discouraged."My impression is I could just eat quality food and recover anyway but it might take several years.I found phosphatidylserine (assoc. with memory and recall) and phosphatidylcholine (assoc. with concentration and focus) were extremely helpful but I'd hit a wall. No matter how often or how high I supplemented my ADHD improved to a certain point. Furthermore, my focus would improve significantly for about 6 hours. Finally, i found ashwagandha, rhodiola and ginseng; all adaptogens that reduce stress were very helpful for increasing the working memory (usually reduced greatly by stress). I don't know of any way to increase processing speed but it's been increasing slowly ever since I started this set of herbs. All these helped greatly but I was still underperforming compared to my pre-breakdown days.Hoping to at least extend my periods of better performance, I tried two cognitive endurance boosters: Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALCAR), and N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine (NALT).The ALCAR works by protecting the mitochondria in the brain (it can cross the blood-brain barrier) allowing the mitochondria to produce more energy and the NALT (also crosses blood brain barrier) works by stimulating the brain to produce more neurotransmitters - they seem to be focused on alertness and concentration. When I first tried it individually, they didn't seem to produce any effect. When, I tried them together they completely took off. I felt normal (although feeling normal isn't a good indicator) and was much more on the ball - producing solutions to small problems easily and quickly. This is a big change from recent performance. However, when they cut out, I felt like my brain had turned to jelly, plummeting back to pre-nootropic levels. I was very confused and distressed for days. I'm pretty sure the cognitive boosters had burned through all my reservesI stopped supplementing for about a week and remained confused and distressed. Then I started again, keeping it simple - just the PS, PC, the adaptogens and the ALCAR. After a a few days, I do feel better again. The ALCAR seems to be more subtle and take a bit longer to kick in. I'm now able to maintain daily activities to about 8 PM instead of conking out at 4 PM and doing "brain-dead" activities. For now, the NALT is almost too powerful for me. It shoves my brain into overdrive and then burns me out. However, I plan to supplement my brain by eating more quality protein (grass-fed lamb and shrimp have been recommended by MD's). It turns out for people with major medical problems the recommend amount of protein is 12 oz. per day (not all of it from animal sources).Update 7/20/2017i described the NALT and the ALCAR results to my doctor. She explained my reaction was abnormal and exaggerated because I'm on Vyvanse for the ADHD and it stimulates the exact same pathways in the brain that produce norepinephrine and dopamine (plus more) as the NALT. This explains the "overdrive" effect. So my reaction should not be taken as typical unless you're taking certain recreational substances. However, she was very pleased that I'd found so many effective nootropics including one that duplicates the Vyvanse and is planning a schedule to reduce my prescription. Which is doing me much harm in the way of side effects.I recommend contingency plans if you are adding nootropics to your stack. I was too confused to revise my stack and switch back to a safe stack. Next time, I'll prepare enough of the safe stack for a week and stash it as my fallback plan.Update: March 2018It finally happened! I'm off the Vyvanse! As I was being tapered off the Vyvanse, I did try the NALT and I cannot recommend it. Everytime I tried to increase to the 300 - 400 mg range, I became agitated and irritable with no discernible improvement in cognition. Since I was taking Vyvanse on alternate days, NALT was a big help on the "off" days. When my doctor heard about this, she tossed her plan to taper me off the Vyvanse and just had me switch to the NALT. I am very happy, not only because the Vyvanse cost about $345 per month (insurance claims Adderall is just as good and won't cover the Vyvanse. Tell that to my panic attacks).

No difference to me
Maybe it's great, it just didn't make any difference in me.

LOVE IT!
I have been using another major brand for some time and decided to give Purisure a try on a whim. I am glad I did as I have decided to switch. To start with, the quality of packaging material and closure seal is FAR better. No need to put the bag in a bigger Ziploc to catch the flyaway. This is not a deal breaker. Then I found that this NALT is much easier on my stomach, more palatable, and very effective. That makes the difference.

Great N-Acetyl Tyrosine (NALT) Product At a Great Price
Since I have started taking the N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine I have noticed both a mood boost that has helped me with the depression that I suffer from and feel more clarity as well in my thinking. Also does not taste good in water so be sure to use something like juice or it’s hard to get down but definitely recommend using this great product that is at a great price point.
