My hair doesn't hold curls from a regular curling iron. My curls with this iron last all day and night. I am very pleased with this product.

The wand I received looks NOTHING like the wand in the photo...or any photo of a Jose eber product I could find online. I have a19mm Jose eber wand I purchased years ago, and it looks like a thinner version of the wand in the photo. The box arrived damaged, the plastic holding the wand was mangled and torn with no included warranty card etc...I plugged in this new wand and waited for it to heat up...except it never reached a high temperature and was not able to curl my hair. I plugged in my authentic (thinner) wand from years ago and it reached a high temp within a couple of minute-where water bounced off and evaporated almost immediately. This knock off I received would let the water sit for several seconds until it slowly evaporated. Not sure what I received but it is worthless and will be going back. Pretty sure it is not an authentic Jose Eber product. Think twice ladies.

Great product! Came with a glove and is a solid barrel. It doesn't have heat settings, but the temperature is perfect for curls!
