Is this bag noisy when wheeled on pavements,bumpy roads etc

No this bag is not noisy but I do find it a bit cumbersome at times as it is quite heavy if you have to lift it up and down stairs

yes I can confirm the bag is lockable - I received a key when I purchased it and although I do not use the key , it is nice to know I can do so if necessary
