Best lenses protector
I believe these provide the best protection for your eye glasses. They also do a good job of protecting your Quest 2 lenses. They're well constructed, and the silicone layer prevents scratching against your glasses, while the unique shape prevents the glasses from rotating in such a way that they can come into contact with the lenses of the quest 2, while also reducing the excess distance between your face and the lenses. Lens protectors that completely cover the vr lenses might offer better protection for the Quest 2 lenses, but I guarantee you will scratch your glasses on them.I also bought the AMVR Lens Anti-Scratch Rings and while those have 3 thicknesses, they are uniform all the way around. The thinnest is too thin to offer any protection at all, and might even increase the likelihood of scratching because they offer a false sense of security. The middle thickness will only offer protection if your glasses never rotate to the left or right. Since this is likely to happen eventually, there is still an unacceptable risk of scratching. The thickest ring offers the best protection but creates an unacceptable amount of thickness between your face and the lenses. Lens rings that are clones of the AMVR rings will undoubtedly have the same issues. These Kiwi designed rings offer the thinness of the middle size of the AMVR rings, while also offering the protection of the thickest size. However, even with that lower profile I found that using my VR Cover Fitness facial interface, I needed to add the XL glasses spacer, from VR Cover, in order to get a comfortable fit. The stock spacer works ok with the stock facial interface because the foam is quite a bit firmer which adds more thickness. I haven't tried any other brands of facial interfaces. Some people with different shaped glasses or faces might get a more comfortable fit without a spacer, or with a thinner spacer, but don't count on it. If you really want the closest possible fit, between your face and the quest 2 lenses, and you need glasses, get prescription VR lenses. The only reason I'm not giving these protection rings a 5 star review is that there is a little tab in the middle that might come into contact with your nose. Kiwi Design really should have put that tab on the outside of the rings, instead of the inside. With the XL glasses spacer from VR Cover I don't find that to be a problem. The silicone is also a little sticky so bits of dust and fuzz can stick to them, but that also isn't a problem. If you're wondering whether or not you even need something like this, let me tell you that I was careful with my Quest 2, and still put two major scratches in my glasses within the first few weeks, in spite of having an expensive non-scratch coating. One of those scratches is directly in the middle of my glasses lens so it is constantly within my vision. I believe the incidence may have either occurred while I was adjusting the headset or when I was looking up.Edit: After some more testing, I realized that the tabs on the inside of the protection rings are in the same location as the bridge of my glasses, so the likelihood of them pressing into my nose is very low. For this reason, I increased my review score from 4 stars, to 5.I think what I was actually experiencing was my glasses being locked into place, and it was the glasses pressing into my nose. I have a very big nose with a very high bridge, that was made bigger by being broken when I was young. For this reason, in order to use the Quest 2 with any sort of protection ring or lens adapter, I absolutely need to use the XL glasses spacer from VR Cover, for the most comfort. Smaller glasses would also help.Another fun thing I discovered I can do with this is removing the arms from my glasses and using rubber bands to secure the glasses directly to the ring protectors. I wouldn't advise doing this with any other style of ring protectors, because your lenses might rub against each other. This could allow someone with glasses that are too big, or otherwise uncomfortable, to find a comfortable way to use their Quest 2. It's not the best solution, but it is A solution, and is only made possible by these Kiwi Design lens protection rings. I might post pictures later.

It's Fine... as long as you don't play any active apps
Snaps on easy, and does prevent scratches. Only issue is I use VR for fitness and so does my husband. Without these I have been actively dripping sweat for over an hour with no issues, but the moment I added them the VR began fogging up within 3 minutes of the mildest warmup. Couldn't see anything I was doing. If you're an incredibly sedentary VR-enthusiast, then it may be fine. If you make ANY physical effort, I wouldn't waste the money.
