I'm blown away and I just got it ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ deteriorating content after the 6th edition and beyond *by A***. on November 5, 2025* I have been fully trained in pulmonary disease and critical care in Europe and in USA as well ,double fellowships thanks to the american superiority complex . This textbook used to be the prime textbook of critical care .In its glory days 3-5th edition used to be ~2200 pages .Now its numbering merely 1400 pages .Please explain to me how can that be ,when knowledge has increased .
