Q: Does this change the color of the epoxy? I have a different thickener and it gives it a milky look and is like something that leaves it clear.

I added brown to mine so not sure about keeping it neutral.

Q: Can this be added to any brand of resin?

I am not sure but I would think so. It is very easy to use.
