COWONGala - Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling Bluetooth 5.2, True Wireless Earbuds with Wireless Charging Case, IPX4, One-Touch Change Mode, Built in 3 Microphones, Auto Pairing, in-Ear Headphones

I purchased and tried these earbuds, but unfortunately these COWON Gala Hybrid ANC True Wireless Earbuds only look good, but the COWON Gala Hybrid ANC True Wireless Earbuds looks are deceiving. I had high hopes for these Earbuds, because the earbuds looked good, but the sound quality out of the earbuds is just average, the sound quality ability is about mediocre, or the sound quality is plain, or earbuds just sound basic, simple or bare. The audio sound quality just does not sound that great with music. That's the only problem. The earbuds speakers drivers sound kind of flat, or music performance sounds a bit of sort of just or low quality, or poor coming from COWON Gala Hybrid ANC True Wireless Earbuds. Everything else on the COWON Gala Hybrid ANC True Wireless Earbuds is good, including the Build quality is good, Bluetooth 5.2 is good, The 3 Microphones are good, The 7 hour Battery life is good, Charge case looks nice is good, the Wireless charging is good.But the sound quality of the COWON Gala Hybrid ANC True Wireless Earbuds is just not there, or the sound quality is just not that good overall when listening to any types of different music. The sound quality is sadly where these earbuds fall short at. I am sorry to say. If these COWON Gala Hybrid ANC True Wireless Earbuds sounded as good as the COWON Gala Hybrid ANC True Wireless Earbuds look, then they would be alright. but the looks of the earbuds are deceiving, the earbuds look good, but the earbuds do not sound that good. I wish the COWON company would have put more effort into improving the sound quality of the COWON Gala Hybrid ANC True Wireless Earbuds. But the sound quality is just not that good or clean on the COWON Gala Hybrid ANC True Wireless Earbuds when compared to other True Wireless Earbuds that are on the market.

I was actually pleasantly surprised by the sound quality of these. They don't have the deepest bass or sharpest treble, but overall they give very balanced, clean sound with very low distortion.I found the active noise cancellation on these to be just average. I have used amazing ANC earbuds before where the active noise cancelling is so impressive you have to double check and make sure you didn't turn off your fan. The noise cancelling on these is functional, but only does about 1/2 as much as I would like it to.The transparent mode on these was more impressive. I have had issues with other earbuds giving distortion and feedback when transparent mode activates the microphones - but these give just very clean amplification of outside sounds over your music.These fit well and didn't give me any ear fatigue after wearing them for hours. The battery life is actually great on these, better than most of my other earbud headphones at 7+ hours.These would be a decent option if you are really interested in the long battery life, wireless charging feature, and transparent mode - but there are a lot of options available in this price range.

These earbuds have a lot of nice features and I’ve enjoyed using them so far. Here are my notes on the good and not so great parts.Pros:Nice packaging & simple instructionsSound was really good IMONoise cancellation isn’t completely quiet; I’d say it’s an 8.5 out of 10, but I prefer it that way because I want to kind of be able to hear if someone is trying to get my attention.Easy charging, it charged by just placing on my own charging pad - thought that was pretty cool!Case seems technologically advanced to me (I’m no technology expert of course though) opening and closing lid turns earbuds on and off automatically.Cons:Took a little while to figure out how to pair with my phone (had to charge them up a bit)Had to get used to the volume & other controls, maybe not the most intuitive setupTo be honest usually I’m all about those cheap headphones, but I think these have really nice sound quality and volume. They took a little getting used to, but overall I would recommend them and I will definitely be using these as my main earbuds from now on.

My son tried these on since my phone refused to connect via Bluetooth and he said “these sound like trash” he is a techy 👨🏽‍💻 and know his stuff about anything related to technology so I trust his judgement. I would say these are a 2 ⭐️ and i hate having to rate that low =(
