Very thick, comfortable and durable! Flexible, feels like nothing is there. I had no leaks over night, I used this for post partum and my period after post partum as well. They are perfect, I still use them but buy them from Walmart now. They're perfect, they prevent leaks over night since they're long! Best pads I've used, I used a ton and the others can't compare to these ones!!
