Great train, excellent technology... you will enjoy it!
I have quite a few trains from the 1950 to today, this is not the fanciest or heaviest but it is FUN! Looks great, the effect work very well... chugging around the track with a loud whistle and bell. And it pulls LOTS of cars. I bet i run this train more than any other right now! I really think you will be pleased! I think it's very well made and will look great under your tree! I run it for long stretches and no problems so far.

Perfect train for under the Christmas tree
I got this train to replace my old Lionel that we got from my Dad in the 90's. The track system is much better. It stays together and it's sturdier than the old Lionel. I like the remote control for the locomotive engine. I've even let my 3-year-old grandson use the remote to run the train. I think I might want to buy more track, but overall, it fits under well under the Christmas tree and the grandkids love it.

Very nice train set, having WiFi opens up many options, being able to operate with your phone, well made with the engine being heavy, and the sound of the whistle and the bells are a plus
