Truly a delight! I previously bought a smaller "jelly roll" pan to try out Nordic Ware. I was hooked, and continuously watch for them to go on sale I'm an avid baker, and often bake for my Amish community and the school children. The children will love their surprise for today! Due to its large size, the 21x15 has truly cut my baking time in 1/2. I wish I had had the funds to have bought a 2nd one! Cookies are cooked to perfection! They wash up easily. No warping. A +10 out of 5 stars for my Nordic Ware pans.

I bought this for my son who has taken an interest in baking. Very nice quality. It is a perfect size for bigger projects like making French bread or Italian bread. It also has plenty to bake a very large batch of cookies. It fits almost the whole length of our oven side to side. Easy to clean. He loves his new baking sheet.

Fantastic pan and large enough for our Thanksgiving turkey. Its great for cooking double batches of cookies or roasting veggies. It cleans beautifully and I have not noticed it warp under heat. I would buy again

I bought this pan for two reasons. One, it’s very large. And the size is awesome. Two, it specifically stated in the description how the pan, with its specially built sides, is built not to warp. I thought it gave a temp of 450 but I can’t find that now. So maybe I misread that temp. Which okay. But I don’t think 450 is asking too much for a well built oven pan built to not warp - not warp. I preheated this pan in my oven for ten minutes at 450. When I pulled it out to put my pork and veggies on it, it was immediately warped. First time I used it. And not just a little. It was seriously warped. The food cooked okay. It was a full pan. No burned spots. It cleaned up just fine. But it’s still warped. And I’m disappointed with that. I will use this pan again for other things. But now I have to find another one this big that I can cook at 450 without it seriously warping. I’m starting to wonder if such a pan exists at this point.

Perfect size for residential oven. I wrap mine with aluminum foil to avoid having to scrub and clean. They don’t fit well in sink. Tip: purchase a restaurant size aluminum foil and one layer covers these.

Love them. Even cooking with the aluminium...won't be going back to cheap steel pans. They feel much more substantial and things cook nicely on them. Have had fantastic shortbread from these.
