Large difference in sizes, Hard to get a good fit, no pads included.
This helmet, size large, was fit on my husband after brain surgery, at the hospital and fit well while his head was bandaged. After the bandage was removed, it flopped all over the place, and he was hanging down partially over his eyes. We received no pads with the helmet, and I tried to find some locally with no luck. So I was happy to find amazon sold this same helmet, and read it was supposed to come with pads to help with fit. I got the medium but it was just too snug of a fit and hurt his head within a minute. It also came with no pads. So we've make shifted a sort of sweat band and bought some other helmet pads from Amazon. I know this is not a custom helmet, but there should at least be some pads included to help with adjustments.
