Q: Are there English instructions? If not is this a just add water product?

There are no English instructions on the package, but I just put a cup or so in a small bowl and add water until it’s a little thinner than pancake batter.

Q: How can this be used for shrimp and veggies in an air fryer?

I am not sure about an air fryer because I don’t have one..I fry and everything comes out pretty crispy.
