Great Bench
I'm 5'9" 180lbs this bench is the perfect size for me.It's stable, comfortable, the adjustments work well, and its easy to fold up.The only problem I've had is with the plastic feet falling off when I drag the bench around the garage. They are meant to be rotated to accommodate uneven floors. Not a big problem,

Great quality bench with one minor flaw.
Day 1 Pros and Cons list:Pros-Easy to set up and break down-Basically assembled straight out of the box (minus the foot attachment)-Comfortable, sturdy, nice looking bench.Cons-The height (this may or may not apply to you. Everyone’s body is unique to their selves. Whether you have long legs or short legs, etc.)-Stability (the bench itself feels stable, but your ability to stabilize your body to the ground while performing exerting lifts might be affected due to the height of the bench)I’m not hating on this product, i'm genuinely happy with my purchase and I would recommend it to others. But I would be transparent about the cons.

Much needed upgrade from previous version
This bench will do everything you need it to and at an affordable price. Its not as sturdy as products from rogue and ghost but it also comes in at a price much lower than those. If youre not trying to be a powerlifter then this bench will literally do everything you need it to. The previous model was very poorly designed in my opinion but this version does exactly what you want a bench to do. Definitely worth the lower cost and would buy again. Flybirds customer service is top notch which is why I gave this a 5 star. 4 stars for the bench itself but their customer service has been world class. Thanks!

Not a bad bench, but not enough for the price
Overall the quality of the bench isn't half bad. I does what they say it does. It seems to be of decent quality and mostly sturdy; I believe extending the feet an inch on each side would be beneficial and eliminate the slight wobble it has. The 3-4 inch gap in the middle is also not ideal. For me, the lack of comfort comes from the bench being super small. I'm 6'2 .... and am waaaay to tall for the bench. I think someone 5'10 or shorter would enjoy the bench. So, for almost $200....not worth it. I will be returning the bench for a larger one

Leg attachment next to useless for this 5'8", 155lb, normally-proportioned male.
I wanted to like this bench, but ultimately the decision to return it wasn’t hard:Pros:*Well-made all around*Super easy to unfold and set up*Appreciate the spring-loaded pin mechanism to adjust incline of seat and back.*Quite compact when foldedCons:*Does not work for me for declined situps which for me is a deal breaker. The seat is so ridiculously narrow (tapers at the end), with absolutely no curvature to the end of the saddle to support behind your knees, that it is actually impossible to do a decline situp. It puts a massive amount of pressure on the backs of your knees and is horribly uncomfortable.*My feet don't touch the ground when attemtping a decline bench, rendering that function completely useless as well. I’m 5’8 and normally proportioned. Go figure.*Leg raises for abs were fine, but the bench does get pretty rattle-y while doing so.*1.5” gap is noticeable and less than pleasant. So in effect, this allows me to do regular bench decently well, seated shoulder presses/curls well, and one-arm dumbbell rows decently well. Swapped it for a Fitness Reality 2000 with “no-gap” and hoping for the best.
