Pathetic machine, Pathetic service.
Build quality and machinery is very low quality and after product is not working their team is not responding. Amazon should take action against them.

The finish isn't of a good quality. Hinge/spring is creaky and the body has a dent. The surfaces were not properly aligned and the upper teflon tape wasn't smoothly stuck, causing uneven sealing. However, after aligning the surfaces and straightening out the tape, it seems to be working fine, and therefore not returning it.

The media could not be loaded. I JUST USED 2 TIMES AND NOT IR STOPPED WORKING..I ASKED FOR REFUND AND REPLACEMENT STILL NOW RESULT, BEZ OF THIS MY PRODUCTION STOPPED DO NOT BUT THIS COMPANY PRODUCT AND WASTE YOUR MONEY..

Sent faulty item with tested ok label
The media could not be loaded. I purchased it to speed up my packaging process, but it turned out to be a faulty piece!! I fixed it myself and is working fine now. I would not recommend anyone to fix if they have received faulty machines instead opt for refund or replacement. But I had no choice, had to continue my production as I have a small business to run, I tried and fixed it as I have taken my client's orders and I do not want to be an unreliable source to them. Whoever is selling these please ensure a better quality replacement for me and ensure no other small businesses owner has to deal with inconvenience like this.
