Review: tl;dr Genuinely fantastic product that is the best shaker & value you can get. (Shaker, not blender) - This review is long overdue as I've had these products for a good 6 months now. First off, don't put the rechargeable base in the fridge/freezer and screw it up like I did. However, since that wasn't initially listed technically, the VOLTRX team sent me a replacement with free expedited shipping of any model of my choosing. Especially for desertcart lately, that's pretty great customer service. Then I bought a second one which (My fault!) I chipped at the bottom because I am reckless with these things, and it doesn't stay locked in now. Still spins, but I gotta hold it while I'm using it. So now I am buying 2 more because I am OCD and want different colors for smoothie/juices, coffee, or other. This is the best mixer/shaker I have tried out of almost a dozen over the past several years. People need to understand this is NOT a Blender, it is a shaker. If you want a hand-held *blender* then go pay $50-100 more for a Ninja or something that has sharp blades. That being said, this mixes protein drinks, smoothies, coffee, even yogurt/ice cream when it's softer. It's powerful, charges fast, lasts a while, it's easy to clean, and a great product overall. My only 'gripe' would be that there are seemingly two models that only vary by the size of the twist-lock on the bottom, and you'll get one or the other. Premium or VortexBoost, but not a huge deal if you care for your items properly (I do not, that is on me...) Happy to get a couple more and I am happy to see out of the slew of knockoff & spam companies from China that overwhelm desertcart, there are still good companies out there. desertcart TIP: Make sure you're buying from desertcart.com or 'VOLTRX Direct' from Hong Kong specifically, that's their official legit company.
Review: It works great for gym etiquette - I’ve had this sucker for about 1+ years now and it works great if you are trying to mix pre workout, creatine(flavored mix, dissolves better), scoop of protein, scoop of casein protein(as it’s a bit more thick), you can even mix a serving of milk and a scoop of protein if you like, it’s easy to clean and charge. There was at one point where it had a bit of a whistle noise for a while then it just went back to normal. It worked fine for a few months, then did the whistle thing for about a month and then went back to normal.

**Q: Spend an extra $ 20 to buy an electric protein shaker bottle worth it?**
A: For all the little things I could complain about with this. It was absolutely worth it. 
The best point is that when people ask why I would spend that money I can say "Because I dont like sucking cream out of a shake weight."

A: You can, but I wouldn't recommend it. Keeping the lid on keeps what your mixing from possibly spilling out while mixing.

This was one of my best purchases.. I have used many shakers in past but this one beat everyone of them. Very less messy, doesn't spill even if you mix without lid and mixes really well.
