Fell apart right out of the box
I am the healthcare power of attorney for an elderly person who is starting dementia. I had high hopes for this product to help her stay on scheduled with her meds. The product arrived several days earlier than scheduled, which I was very pleased about. However, when I opened the box the back of the unit fell off, the small buttons o rolled all over the place. I am so disappointed the back wasn't secured. it took me three tries to get the back into place. I didn't have the proper size tool to tighten the micro screws. Therefore, I had to use a tool that tightens glass frames. Once I secured the back I realized one of the button was crooked. I'm really not happy how the product arrived. The back should have been secured. Now, I cannot get the back off again to straighten the button. I have return the product. Cannot afford to have the person trying to use this product defective out of the box...SMH.

Paid new product price and received a used and returned product
The batteries were loose and all over the inside of the box. The cord and plug were loose and the plastic bags they came in were empty and ripped open. The wire ties that held something were loose in the box. The instructions were folded open to page3. The box it came in someone took a sharpie and wrote Pill Caddie on it and one of the dosage templates was already installed. How am I supposed to trust that this will work for my 91 year old Mother?

Probably would try a different product
This product lock system is hard to lock and unlock. If you you have small pills they fall in to the space by the lock.

Works as advertised but, cord is short
Cord to short, unable to pickup and turn over easily because the cord also needs to reach the wall socket.

Clock didn’t keep time so pills released all hours of the day
I really wanted this to work. I really NEEDED this to work. We are trying to find a solution for my mother’s daily pills. So, optimistically I filled it up and set the alarms. The first pill was to be distributed at 7am so I was oh so surprised when the alarm sounded at 1:00 am! I thought it was user error so tried several attempts over a couple of days to set the time and alarms. Each day, the clock would get off by hours and then try to dispense the pills at the wrong time. Construction was cheap and the key hardly fit into the slot so was clumsy at best to lock and unlock. This would be a great idea if it wasn’t built so cheap. Returned for a refund. Bummer. Do not recommend.
