A nice bright light for nighttime boating. Has a few different light settings. Highly recommend.

Great little flashlight. Works fine in the rain. Battery operated, non-rechargeable. Best part is the way I can hold it, very comfortable vs regular straight flashlight. The light is bright and wide. The only thing I wish it had the adjustable light setting for far and close.

I really like this flashlight and it is holding up well. The low light is plenty for walking at night. Shining it down at your feet you can't tell much difference between the low and high settings. The high setting is probably more useful if you wanted to see something farther away. On the high setting I stood in my front yard and shined it over my house at a tree in my backyard and it did a good job lighting it up. I think it's more comfortable to hold than a stick style flashlight. The flashing light setting and the stand on top are two things it has most people will never or rarely use. The stand is nice to have if you had to use it as a work light in a pinch, but it is not the most stable and the beam is more like a spotlight and it would be difficult to aim it exactly where you wanted it. If you want something in between a flashlight and a spotlight, that works well and is comfortable to hold then this is it. I have some really good stick flashlights that I love and work great, but this is usually the light I grab first and use the most.

I returned it. It was a lot smaller than it looks and the trigger switch did not engage.
