I would like to switch this off military time. The description picture says to long press the "B" button to change to 12 hour mode. This didn't work?

After long button press you have to readjust the time because it might be set to AM

I’ve only had this clock for a little under two weeks and it stopped working what can I do to get it replaced

I would suggest going through the return process through Amazon.

How do i program it, mine didnt come with the instructions
