925 Design Single Monitor Arm Mount w/ Quick Release Monitor Mounting Plate - Black Heavy Duty Fully Adjustable Gas Spring Clamp Mount

I bought this to replace the cheap VIVO mount that is starting to exihbit "monitor tilt" problem, and here's my impression so far:Packaging:Seems to be well packed and arrived safely. Each individual component is in a separate plastic bag inside the box. Comes with everything I need and tools too.Installation:Installation is straight-forward, didn’t even need to resort to the manual (after years of IKEA furniture training lol). I chose to not use the rubber garment thing that goes between the base and the clamp, and its rock solid once tightened down.One other thing to note: what made me decide on these is the quick release monitor plate. This makes setting up the whole thing so much easier and less likely to damage my Dell 3415W :D Looks:Not much to say here but it is a pretty nice design. Unlike many other mounts that has bulky arms, this once is pretty slim and minimalistic, fits my battlestation really well.Use:My old VIVO is more like a set it and forget it setup, since adjusting (especially raising or lowering) is quite an involved process. Once I have the tension adjusted, this thing adjusts pretty easily and feels pretty sturdy. The monitor head doesn’t tilt down on its own which is a big plus. Going from landscap to portrait orientation is pretty easy too with this setup as long as the tension is properly adjusted. I will update later on if it gives me any problems but so far this is a great buy IMHO.

2 out of 5 of these arms that we purchased have failed to keep the monitors suspended. They slowly let the monitor sink down to the desk. If you push down on it, it resists fast movement, but slowly over an hour or two will descend into the depths of your desk. Other than that, this is a great monitor arm. It looks stylish, is easy to mount to the desktop and has a wide range of movement. But, at this point, I'm worried that the others will fail and I'll be stuck replacing them when the warranty is expired.

This is a very solid mount. It is a bit on the pricier side when compared to the pole+arm setup that are usually sub $40 but the ease of adjustment more than makes up for the price difference imo. The arm sturdy yet slim so they look much better than your traditional geeky nerdy looking mounts.I no longer need to fumble with a pole clamp while trying to hold the monitor in place while adjusting the height and going from landscape to portrait. Overall a great buy if you value quality and good design over the extra few bucks.

This is a very sturdy and sleek monitor arm. I was initially skeptical since there weren't many reviews and no customer images showing how it looks on their desk. I am glad I went with it since the design is very simple. It holds a Dell Ultrasharp 24" monitor with no issues. I am waiting to purchase a second monitor to put on a second arm. It's overlooked with all the arms on amazon, but design and price wise this is the best product out there.

I purchased two, one works great but the other will not stop lifting all the way up to the highest setting. When I try to adjust tension so that the arm will stay down, nothing changes.

I have a wide view 34 inches LG monitor and it holds up nicely, strong and steady. Love the look as well, would recommend for others.

So I got these when there were any reviews, just because I think they look nice and much less geeky compared to most other arms on amazon. The box was a bit banged up when delivered but all the stuff inside were well protected. Easy to setup!Been using them for about 3 weeks now and so far so good. 3 hex screws on the head so there’s pretty much no chance for head tilt once adjusted. Really like the quick release plate for mounting the monitor, great feature for me! Planning to get another one for my second monitor.
