I am 5"5 at 125 lbs and the gown is 3 inches above my feet.The ribbon ties in a bow to adjust the neck line on this lovely gown. Hope that helps!

Probably for your height and weight, if it was me, I would purchase a medium. I bought an XL because I'm 5'3" and weigh over 160 @. These are pretty nighties. I had to resew the arm elastic again as it was somewhat flimsy. But the nightgown overall is really pretty and I hope to wear it for a long time.
