I'll update this review again after I receive the replacement case. +1 for proactive customer service!Original review:I own a Nuvision TM800P610L 8 inch tablet and bought this case because the product description says that the case is made specifically for this tablet. I didn't expect it to be a high end case for this price. I only wanted it to fit and work properly. It did not fit or work properly.Pros: Nice magnetic closure. Very thin and light build that doesn't add bulk or weight to the tablet. Openings and cutouts allow access to USB, HDMI, headphones, speakers, etc.Cons: It doesn't fit properly! The display opening comes down too far on top and blocks access to the top .5 inches of the screen. This means I cannot close apps because the red X is not accessible when the app is full screened. See the photo for an example.The top center of the case is bowing out and away from the screen. It isn't happening on the bottom. Not a big deal, but it looks a little ugly. This might get better over time.The case does fold over and has a flap to make it into a stand. Unfortunately it only works at one angle, about 20 degrees. When in this position the case is sitting on the front and back points, making very little contact with the surface. This is fine for a desk or at home, but in an airplane I'm sure the tablet would slip off the tray immediately.Minor con: the hole for the rear-facing camera is about 3x larger than it should be. It's a little ugly but not a major problem.I really wanted to love this case and I'm willing to accept everything if I can use the tablet while it's in the case. But I can't use it without being able to touch the top of the display to close apps and access menus. So I'm going to have to return it. I hope Fintie redesign the case to work properly.

It took me a little searching to find a case that fit my new Nuvision TM800W610L. It's the "2017, Z8300 processor variant." I knew there wouldn't be many out there that were fitted to this particular tablet since it's not exactly as ubiquitous as say, a Samsung or Apple tablet. However, I didn't want to settle for one of the "one size fits most" cases as they have a tendency to cover parts of the screen or critical sections around the edge.I was slightly worried that this case wouldn't quite fix my tablet given that it's marketed as fitting both the TM800W560L as well as TM800W610L, but my fears were allayed once I put the tablet into the case and it fit nicely. The case seems nicely made and designed, and doesn't add much bulk to the overall tablet. There are cutouts for the volume / power button as well as the microSD card slot. On the bottom there are perforated holes for the speakers. On the top, the micro HDMI, micro USB slots and headphone slots are unobstructed. On the back, the camera has a cutout. On the front, the Windows soft key, front camera, and power indicator light all have cutouts. All in all, a good design.The case plus the tablet weigh about 1 pound, .6 ounces total, making it easy to carry around.Pros:Nicely made with strong stitchingAppealing minimalism with black leatherette outside and grey microfiber insideCut outs are just about perfect, allowing for side to side Windows gesturesThe foldout / stand up capability is a nice plus that doesn't add much bulkConsIf you fold the case to stand the tablet up, it will sit on the grey microfiber, potentially making it pick up dirt.It takes some pushing to get the tablet to sit squarely within the case so the screen is held square. This is an issue with all cases of this design, where the fold that goes behind the tablet doesn't always secure to the Velcro perfectly.Overall, the case it a great value for anyone looking to house their Nuvision tablet. I'm looking forward to using it when I travel next.

This case fits the NuVision 8 inch Windows tablet perfectly. I was worried about fit, but this case seems to be made just for this device and not a one-size-fits-all type case.The materials feel durable and the stitching is strong without any stray threads to come unraveled. The interior microfiber is very soft and won't scratch the screen. There are two magnets sewn into the closure. It's not too tight, but just enough to keep the lid closed. A Velcro tab holds the case around the tablet and all ports are accessible while it's mounted inside.My only real complaint would be this: When the case is in "stand position," the microfiber interior is facing down and comes into contact with the surface your tablet is sitting on. If the table, counter, or floor your tablet is perched on is not clean, any debris such as sand, pet hair, etc. will stick to the microfiber and must be wiped away before closing the case. Sometimes this is easier said than done with pet fur and dust.
