I'm in the cold a lot. It's pretty good. The hottest setting is indeed hot, I will say that. It's just a usb A connector so you can use other power banks. The included one is nothing special, but good to have on hand. Compact battery back. Scarf itself is soft. Moderately even heat distribution. I use it on neck and feet sometimes when I sit down. Excellent Scarf...

I use this whenever I have a stiff neck from sleeping wrong or from overworking myself.It heats up quickly, and gets to a pretty comfortable temperature. I also appreciate that it is battery powered. It does pretty well on its battery, I'd say good battery life on it versus other similar products I've used.Overall, I'm satisfied with it. It gets the job done.

The button just blinks for a few seconds then stops. Little heat produced even on a full charge. Worked for one winter but not working this following winter.

Update 9 months later. On occasion I use this as a warmer on my neck. Still, not great heat but was warm. This time is shocked my neck, ouch. It was coming from the wiring in the center of the scarf. Unless you want a scarf to last only a few months and is Luke warmdying buy this. I do not recommend.The scarf is a nice size. Not too long and not too short. Very soft and lightweight. Didn't Eben feel like you are wearing out. Heart output is not so good. I thought it world be warmer. Like a heating pad. High warm, medium is barely warm and low is non existent. You get the same warm with the unit of as you do with it on low.Just wish it got warmer. Didn't really give relief of stiff neck.
