Q: Would the pants work for a woman with a big butt and small waist?

Well how big? Lol the material has some stretch to it. I mean you might want to go up a size and maybe get the waist taken in if needed. I'm very thin and have trouble finding anything to fit and this fits perfectly, so I would say it runs small and you may want to go up a size?

Q: How do you clean this? The label says to wash but how did it look like after you washed it? Also, is it better to dry clean it?

I washed mine on gentle cycle and hung it up to dry. It didn't shrink and it came out fine. I put it in my dryer on the refresh cycle and it looks great. If you can afford to have it dry cleaned then you can do that also

I am sorry, we sell them as a complete set of the same size. We do not have any offer like that.

I don't know. that is something you can email the seller and ask but I highly recommend buying both pieces
