The Isobow is indeed one of the most versatile piece of exercise equipment . John Huges's creative mind has come up with this tour de force of a creation. The mobility and portability it provides makes it worth the price. Don't be deceived by it's looks. When I received my pair of isobow's which I bought so my wife and I can exercise together and use it to help rehab her shoulders, she said "this is it? Her doubts were laid to rest once I showed her how to use it. The way it's works gives you an entire gym your pocket. The Isobow is a constant companion for my office exercise breaks, it energizes me for more productive cognitive work. I have used isometric exercise for the past 43 years . Hands down I can say this tops them all especially because of the use of ISO-motion. Sure , you can substitute ropes or bands to try to duplicate ISO- bow. Nov 2023 Update: Its been five years running that my wife and I use our Isobows most mornings in our office before work. When you think about it the Iso Bow has a small footprint that you can do micro workouts or fullworkouts wherever and whenever. I use other bullworker products having 2 Steel Bows. an Iso flow and 2 Bullworker X5's but my wife uses the Isobow exclusively and has benefitted from the increased strength that it gives her when she plays Badminton. I am 63 years old as of this writing and she is 61. 48 years of using Isometric exercise has validated for me the value of having my Isobow for quick Isos or stretching.
