It's not a washable pillow. You can wash the cover, but still a fantastic pillow.
For me it's been the best pillow. I've ever slept on. The low profile helps my neck and the vents on the side are great. I think it's a fantastic pillow.

I like the overall quality and feeling of the Pillow. It was a bit pricey but I would say we'll worth it.

Way too firm to be able to use
It is so hard you can’t even lay your head on it. It says it’s foam and supportive and it is but it is so hard. It’s so uncomfortable to lay your head on.

Not cooling and exceedingly firm
To say this was a disappointing pillow would be an understatement. This pillow is VERY firm and has little give to it while sleeping on it. I also found that even the purported gel cooling side ran very very warm

I loved the pillow so much that I woke up the following morning and purchased another one! You have to buy this pillow. I have it and the Dormeo mattress topper I sleep WONDERFUL!!

Only pillow Ive used for 10 yrs. Keeps my head aligned with spine. Firm. Corners fit Iinto nape ,comfortable to side sleep on. Im a small arthritic senior. Helps with pain.

At first this was the best pillow but about 3 months in and this pillow has lost its shape and firmness…extremely disappointing. Not worth the high cost, wish I had returned it.
