Great tool
Bought as a gift for my son, he needed it for his many household projects. Didn't have one & always wanted one. Easy to use, made well, great price. Would recommend.

Works, but there are better methods for close-up work
This is great for following a profile that has a lot of curvature, meaning you need some distance offset. For close work you're probably better off following the profile with a simple washer. You can also use a simple washer in multiple passes if you need more distance. In my application I used this for the initial cut, and then repeated with a washer to get better accuracy.
