bad product
quality is bad and stopped working after a year

Out of Focus after 3 months
Product was working fine for 1st three months, and then suddenly it went out of focus and now is always blurry. I raised warranty request, but the company just picked it up, inspected it and sent the same faulty product back again.In short:1) Product is poor quality2) After-sales service is also poor quality

Just another cheap webcam
Even though the title of the product includes "1080p" and "streaming", the webcam quality is just like any other unbranded cheap webcam. The quality was poor and not at all suitable for anything related to content production. The quality of it was worst than my 6-year-old windows laptop.

Camera stopped working one day outside of return windoe
The Camera was horrific to begin with, the constant disconnections, bad image quality poor camera angel, and a lot of noise during calls thanks to the worst possible mic arrangement. But hey, at least it worked. Till the exact date of return window. Now windows won't even detect the device and it is nothing more than a weird circle light on top of my monitor. Please don't buy this cheap crap and rather get a logitech camera after putting another 800 bucks. Extremely disappointed

It stopped working after a month and has always had loose connections. Worst purchase I have ever made.

Flickring issue even after replacement
Flickering after using for few days. I replaced 1 time. Still the issue is not fixed. Its unusable now.
