Dangerous

Product was obviously re-packed with weight of the contents manually filled and taped by hand. Written on the package "1/2" pound in magic marker. Who would feel comfortable giving this product to a child to play with? I tossed it in the garbage so as not to risk whatever tampering might have occurred with such a packing.
