Needed a sleep mask to help me deal with neighbor's recently installed floodlight. Heard on the Today Show a recommendation for a weighted sleep mask. Not sure if this is the one, but it works amazing! Helps me get to sleep. Sometime during the night I either take it off or it comes off, but by then the light is off. Thinking about getting it for a gift. I read lots of reviews and this mask was available at many online stores. Had an Amazon gift card, so decided to use it for this and not disappointed.

Just a small bit of weight to help you sleep at night. Very soft and comfortable to wear.

The mask is very high quality and significantly helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. I only have two complaints.1. The adjustable strap on the back does not get small enough for my head, I have it fully adjusted to the smallest size and still feels loose.2. The “clasp” on the back does not close completely, rather it just hooks around the other side. I wake up every morning with the mask somewhere in my bed and the hook - unhooked. It seems like when I move in my sleep it comes undone and falls off. I am going to try using tape to hold the hooked closed.

The Gravity Sleep Mask works well and fits comfortably. The bean-bag design works well to keep light out. Only down side is that if you sleep face down, it will tend to slip off as the weight is carried in the section that covers the eyes. In order to compensate, you must keep the mask very tight.Very satisfied with purchase

Once you position it right the weight is really nice and made for better sleep. It also seemed to help reduce my headaches and sinus pressure. I'm a back sleeper, which is pretty much the only way this will work, so I was ok with that limitation. Everything was great for the first few nights. Then, one night I woke up gasping for air - it had slipped down and completely enveloped my nostrils. Part of the issue is that these only come in one size, and it seems designed for a full grown large man. So if you're petite or just have a smaller head, you may encounter the same concerns. In that case, if you're a heavy sleeper like I am, you probably will NOT want to use this at night. It's still great for a post-yoga relaxation aid or even a short lie-down when your sinuses or eyes hurt - ideally used when there's someone around to rescue you if it tries to murder you in your sleep.

I am in my 60's, have MS so wake up multiple times a night for bathroom - sometimes initial falling asleep is a challenge, sometimes getting back to sleep after bathroom trip can be impossible. Have tried many aids: melatonin, nocturest, CBD cream along with all the other rules: cool, dark room all with limited success. Having been using an eye mask could not imagine a 'weighted' mask would make a difference but OMG - it works amazingly well both for initially falling asleep and then after the bathroom trips. I still can't imagine how or why it work but it does - so worth the money!!!

I absolutely loved my first pair of gravity weighted eye mask. They were comfortable and they REALLY helped with under eye puffiness. The strap wore out, so I finally ordered a new pair. Not comfortable at all!! Also, not helping much with under eye bags. Another company that has a great product that people like and they go and ruin it to save a buck or two.Gravity: If you have a pair of the original style, and reach out to me to make this right, I will update my review.

Updated: I ordered another one to leave in my suitcase (as this is now a sleep staple for me) and it’s not the same as the first and second pair I own. I’m not sure if it’s a re-design or what but that should have been made clear and not sold under the same listing. I will be returning the most recent one as the weight distribution is not as great and the shape of the eye mask is different. The only benefit I can see of the newer model is the Velcro now has more fabric surrounding it to keep hair from snagging as much. I have attached photos to my review. The most recent one is atop the box in which it came. My older order is just on the desk.Original review: I first received this item in a subscription box that was gifted to me. I used it nonstop until I lost it while moving. 😭 I was so worried that I wouldn’t be able to find the same weighted sleep mask but here it was! And it’s exactly the same! It helps me fall asleep faster and even aids in the management of migraines. I will likely by another to put in my suitcase for when I travel as I hate having to sleep without it!

Honestly I’ve gone through my share of sleep masks, and this one is BY FAR the best I’ve come across. I originally got my first gravity mask through a subscription box a couple years ago that was unfortunately lost sometime in January this year. I tried buying a few others that were cheaper and didn’t like any of them. For me, the selling point is that there are eye patches that are sewn shut so they remain empty. I can’t stand feeling something pushing against my eyes and love that it’s weighted AROUND them, not ON them. The ease of falling asleep and staying asleep if lights get turned on and not having something pushing into my eyes is, in my opinion, worth every penny.
