Nightmare experience , continuously leaking water and you required technician to via-it on daily basis . I bought 2 units ans installed at my house ( construction was in progress ). When we start gyser , both gyser valve were defective and that waa the first time gyser got plugged in . I bought valve from out side as there is always delay to lodge the complaint to brand ans get the work done . Innlaat one month Inlet Inlet the gyser has ruined my false ceiling becoz of leaking , already spent some15 k on that ceilings

The heater is good and works FD one. The installation was hassle free. Packing is safe.

The product is good but i feel somehow it unable to deliver hot continuous hot water for two showers, need to wait for 10 min or more, take time to heat..may be because i am testing it in winter season
