This leaves my blades a little extra greasy but that’s probably good for them.

I miss the old formula
I am not a fan of the "new" formula. It smells like maple syrup. The consistency is like maple syrup.... is it maple syrup dyed blue? Loved loved loved the old formula. My blades, with consistent care using this cleaner and clipper oil, I only have to sharpen my tools once a year for maintenance purposes.

After reading great reviews about this product I decided to try it
After reading great reviews about this product I decided to try it, since I have used it my blades feel greasy and the clipper blades do not run through the coat as it should, I have been disappointed with this product and have stopped using it now, my £300 stopped working and had to be sent for repair it might not have anything to do with this but I will not use again.
