We originally bought it for the ability to press a button and it tells you what time it is but the screen was big enough for him to see the time. The voice on the watch is loud enough that you can hear it across the room. It was a little hard to set up because it uses the atomic clock to set it. I had to put it in the wrong time zone to get the correct time. Once it connected to the atomic clock and set itself I had to switch it to the right time zone. Everything is correct now and should stay that way with it connecting to the atomic clock.
