It is too small, and I can’t return it. Because I have to pay postage for it. And it will cost me more to return than what I paid for it. I am extremely unhappy

My wife is gluten free and I needed some sort of mold to make challah for her. These molds have worked out incredibly well. They are well made and hold the dough fine. They don't seem to have any impact on the baking of the bread - the timing is about the same. The only two caveats I have are that first, they are not super stable and have a tendency to tip over (not a huge deal but it can be annoying) and getting the correct amount of batter in them can be challenging.

Product arrived on time and in good condition.. It was a little smaller ( I ordered a medium) than I expected but I think it will be perfect for the Challah I make for just the two of us on Friday evenings. I will order another in a large size for the Challah I bake for our fellowship on Saturday afternoon. I haven’t used it yet but I can wait to try it out. Im told my Challah tastes delicious now ( I only learned to bake it a few months ago) but I feel like it’s never consistently pretty so hoping this will help! You need to know that bread baked in this will "hump" so it won't lay flat on a plate. Also, you cannot get the egg-affect like you can with regular Challah unless you bake it, then invert it, and crust it darker in the oven.

Great silicon pan. Easy to clean and easy to slip bread out. The shape is so nice.for braided breads. Amazon has the best choices. Highly recommend this product and seller.
