Performance:I’ve been taking these for almost two weeks now and they’ve been working really well. It has certainly helped to stop the daily stomach cramps. They haven't completely gone, but they are far less frequent and not as strong.

I’ve been using this for a few months, mainly in the hope of helping heartburn. I can’t really say it has made a difference. I’ll still keep taking it as I do believe adding healthy bacteria to our systems is beneficial. Had no problems in swallowing and no side effects.
