Q: Is it worth buying for colder nights?

Yes as long as it's not below zero weather. It's very insulated and warm. I have to take it off sometimes because it makes me too warm. I recommend wearing a hat though as the hood is very loose around the head.

Q: Are those stretchy fabric cuffs at the end of the sleeves,is it comfortable in snowfall?

Yes they are snug,as to prevent a draft up your sleeves on those windy or freezing climates and this leather jacket is heavy enough to keep you warm,and it is relatively waterproof.

Q: Can I order the black one with the diagonal front zippers with the black hoodie instead of the grey?
