I have no complaints on this. I live where fires aren't frequent, so this more compact size is just right for what I need. I kept the box to easily fold it up and store in my shed until next winter.

Love this log holder- it’s neat- compact and simple yet is a great accessory for my fireplace . Decent price. We don’t use many logs but I was getting tired of logs lying on the floor and making the place look untidy. Already assembled just straighten it out.

We bought an electric fireplace insert to go in our wood fireplace and wanted something to help hide the cord that runs out the front and side. Didn't want to spend a lot and didn't want anything too big (since we're not really using the wood). This was about the cheapest and smallest I could find, both good things for us, but I don't know why these things are so expensive. I'd say it could hold about 14 pieces of wood (the kind you get at the gas station). Overall it serves its purpose and we're very happy with it. If you want something more heavy duty or would hold more wood I'd probably say look at spending a little more.
