I bought this because my ophthalmologist recommended that I use a warm compress on my eyes regularly. I like a really hot towel wrapped around my face when I get a facial, but I’m NOT going to mess with a wet towel at bedtime. This is an easy-to-use alternative. I heat a large tea cup of water, grab my tea bag and my gel pad and crawl into bed. First, I drop the gel pad into the water to heat it up. ( comes with an s-hook so you can fish it out without getting wet) Insert the hot gel pad into the mask, and drop the tea bag into the cup. The eye pad is just the right temperature and provides a nice, warm compress for about five minutes while my tea brews! Very glad I bought this!

This eye mask is easy to use and very well made. Sometimes it is a little too hot at first, but I just wait a minute and it is fine. I usually put the mask on in the early evening and I lie down and rest for a few minutes which is very relaxing. My dry eye does feel a little better, but I mostly notice my minor blepharitis has greatly improved. I am also using Ocusoft cleanser in conjunction with the mask. I do not use the mask for sleeping.

If you have any eye conditions, I can not recommend this enough. This makes my blepharitis feel so much better. You do have to warm them up for a good 10 minutes in boiling water before they're usable, but the packs themselves seem very sturdy. The mask is a less so, but definitely worth having!

One of my favorite products is magic gel for cold therapy. However, I needed warm gel. Didn’t hold heat long & not safe to microwave.

This was one of the best purchases I have made in a long time! I have been getting a lot of headaches lately from computer-induced eye strain, which makes it hard to sleep at night. I have tried using sleep masks before but they didn't seem to help, and I have heard that heat or cold might help. This mask looked like a good option because it can work with either one. It comes with two separate gel packs so you can leave one in the refrigerator (or in a cup of hot water) and let it acclimate while you are using the other. The material is soft and very comfortable. The only problem I have with this mask is that I didn't have it years ago!

The gel can not be heated by microwave. Rather, it needs to be put in boiled water for 5 minutes, not 2 minutes described at Amazon website. Yes, I did not read description carefully enough. But it is not convenient to use. I wanted to return it and then found out it, as Amazon Prime product, cannot be returned. I would be very careful of this seller.

Love these masks, seems like a good quality. I would buy it again for my dry eyes problem.

Pour mes migraines. Article de qualité. Je mets 10 mn le masque liquide au congélateur puis je l'introduis dans le masque en tissu qui permet d'être dans le noir. Agréable a porter et très bien conçu

Apenas lo recibí pero la verdad quede muy satisfecha. Me gusta que trae dos pares de antifaz de gel, por lo cual puedes usar uno en frio y el otro en caliente. Utilice uno de ellos como indica las instrucciones, calentado en agua y debo decir que fue una sensación muy cómoda en los ojos, lo deje por 10 minutos y al terminar realmente note el área de las ojeras menos hinchada. Lo único que si no me encanto, es el elástico del producto, siento que podría ser de mejor calidad, pues con el uso diario, siento que no durará mucho.
