Look No Further
If you're looking for a warm, comfortable wool sock, this is it. These are not super thick like they appear in the picture, so they fit easily into shoes or slippers. For me, the top elastic is too tight, so I carefully snipped through the elastic on two sides of the top of the sock and it works fine. These do not cause itching or irritation on my sensitive skin. WARM!

These socks will make your life better one foot at a time
These socks are like sticking your foot in a cloud. They are warm and cool and keep your feet dry. They are made of magic and wool. They fit as expected, are all slightly different colors so they are easy to match up out of the dryer. As soon as you put these on your day will start getting better and since most of us put our socks on in the morning, you really get maximum effect on your day.

Warm and cozy on my toesies
I have very mild neuropathy in my toes, and any time they're cold it gets worse. Plus, I'm prone to chilblains! These aren't the sturdiest socks in the universe, but they are incredibly good at keeping my feet warm around the house and for errands. I wouldn't wear them for serious hiking, but for a mile or two while out and about, they're fine. So far, I have machine-washed in cold water and line dried (as I do all my wool socks) and have experienced no problems with shrinkage or pilling. Fit is close but not constricting, and the pattern is nicely neutral. Definitely recommend. (I bought size M and I wear a US female size 8 shoe.)

NOTE: There is no reinforcement, but they're very comfortable wool socks
Got these for hiking, these had no reinforcement. Unless it's super discret, as far as I can tell, these socks just have a colored bottom that pretends to be some kind of extra material. For plain wool socks, they're actually quite nice and I like that they're four different styles.

Reallly like these for cooler weather
These may not be the best if it’s super cold but cooler to cold whether they work good. They are warm but not thick, actually about the same thickness as a normal sock but if fell like they don’t hold in as much moisture and they allow you feet to breathe but stay warm. I’m gonna buy me another pack because I catch myself every morning digging through the drawer for another pair of these.

My Son loves but negatives exist
My 16yo Son wanted thicker socks to wear to school this winter other than his white Nike crew socks so I found these. 4 pair of wool socks for $18.99 I thought was a good deal. I took pictures of what they looked like when I received them. I was impressed. Granted these were brand new. The paper wrapper stated 70% wool, 23% polyester, 5% spandex & 2% nylon. These were advertised as “wool socks.” These are not 100% wool socks-heads up! Now he loves them. He has a size 11 foot & I ordered the large. He doesn’t complain they are too tight. The polyester & spandex material provides stretch I feel that makes a difference. His lower calves are on the thinner side. If you have a bigger calf these will be too tight. The tag says not to dry them. I thought hang dry? Well I threw them in the dryer & they didn’t shrink. The descriptive picture does show 4 colors. A brown, darker gray, light gray & blue but it’s deceptive because there are 2 pair of blue in the picture which led me to believe I’d receive 2 blue. This isn’t the case. Are these quality socks- 4 pair for $18.99 equating to $4.75 a sock? I feel overpriced. These keep his feet warm but he’s wearing them in a warm house or in a pair of sneakers at school or walking around places. He’s not really exposed to the true cold where wool socks would warrant the true experience of keeping his feet warm. With this being said. These socks are not thick. They look thick but in trying a pair on myself they are on the thinner side but nice to wear in a warm house. The nice thing is there’s no bulkiness at the toes. 2 of my pictures reflect after a washing. I noticed some imperfections in the material stitching at the top of the sock. The sock also picks up a ton of lint from washing. I wash on cold with similar like colors. Overall I think these are more worth $3.00 a pair. $12.00 for the package. Not a true quality sock. I have 100% wool socks & these do not compare. My Son is 100% happy with them. My review reflects my perspective on them & my opinion to you if you’re considering purchasing them. I wouldn’t purchase again.

Super comfy
I bought a pair of Red Wing boots. The sales person also sold me a pair of their socks. I decided to buy these instead. I got 5 pairs instead of one for less. What a find?!

warm comfortable socks
These are the most comfortable socks I have ever owned. I waited a while to write a review so I could see how they lasted after washing and wear. I've been wearing them for more than a month and have washed them several times ( I don't put them in the dryer). They keep my feet warm in the cold weather and don't make my feet feel sweaty like polyester socks do. They look nice too. I liked them so much I got a second set.

Really like these socks. Soft and strong.
Really like these socks. Soft and strong. Good value for money. The band around the ankle is not too tight which usually bothers me with many socks.
