I’ve never ties the block, the house only comes with a very small round clay kinda dish looking thing so depends what size blocks your talking about

Q: Does it come with the rock decoration and cone holder that it shows in the picture?

The cone holder is included. Does not included rocks..just the house which is beautiful by the way and exactly how they are in a typical German community.
