I got this headset for a home based call center job. As others have mentioned, the small size, does get tiring on the ears after a while, but I find they're find if I just shift them forward on my head a bit.My big problem: sometimes it just STOPS working when connected via USB. I don't have much use for the buttons, and I know I'm not pressing them accidentally, but it's quite annoying when all of a sudden I can't hear someone or they can't hear me. So now to be safe, I just use it with the AUX plug, but I miss the extra length that the USB attachment gave me!

Works great with Mac book Air !! I especially love that with this headset you have the option to plug in as a USB or into the headphone jack. I use the headphone jack option it’s most convenient and the headphones are of good quality. Noise cancellation works but obviously if someone is screaming at the top of their lungs it may get through. Overall glad I purchased and would get an extra pair.

Too flimsy, fragile.1)Took it out of the box (which is a bit damaged, poor packaging), tried to position the microphone and found it to be to flimsy;2)Could not identify it with the brand I was supposed to be buying - nothing on the item linked it to the brand, might as well be any generic brand.To be fair, did not try. So I can't judge it's performance.

The volume piece is separated from the phone cable. I use my earphones for work and I’m plugged to my cell phone and the left ear on the headphone has a light static noise causing me not to understand the caller sometimes

Like this set a lot. Tried multiple bluetooth versions and they were unreliable. They usually stop working within a year.This one never drops calls or disconnects.
