This is a review of vinyl copy as well as mentioned in this review CD/DVD and blu ray.The vinyl is an amazing! The booklet is a 12 inch version of the CD one printed on glossy paper and in the back includes a download card and the DVD :) its a gatefold and includes pictures on the vinyl covers.Well as always Beyonce likes to surprise and that she did this CD/DVD is incredible housed in a card sleeve which slides out to reveal the CD case and incredible photos!!!CD contains the 14 tracks while the DVD contains 17 videosi love the Grown Woman,XO,Blow,Drunk In Love videos so muchshe really is such a visual artist having seen the live in Atlanta blu ray many times i just have to say she knows how to work it on stage and in videos!!!! with many already classic videos to her name im sure some of these 17 will find classic status sooner rather than later....As for the music well it never hit me like B-Day and I Am... did but that being said 4 was not my fave album of hers only now have i started to love it so maybe this will be a grower tooLove XO,Blow,Pretty Hurts and Super PowerSince i posted this review i have become obsessed with Mine,Flawless and PartitionI really have grown to this album the touching moments such as those on Heaven and Mine just move me Flawless is a grown up Diva Partition is a adult Naughty Girl Drunk In Love feels like a naughty Crazy In Love and Pretty Hurts feels like the sister of If I Were A Boy! Really great album!!!

"Beyonce"のリリースはある意味青天の霹靂でしたね。事前リークは全くなく、突如、配信先行アルバムという形でドカン！！と発表されました。これは全世界でiPhone&iPodの普及が成せる業ではありましたが、それでも衝撃と共に爆発的な売り上げを記録しました。これは明らかに音源の事前リーク対策であることは間違いないですね。この手法がここまで成功したという事実が、今後のリリース体系を一瞬にして構築してしまった瞬間でもあると思います。しかも、音源14曲と映像18曲（MV&クレジット）をパッケージ販売できるというのもおいしいですね。また、この配信先行という事もありましたが、発売後3時間で8万ダウンロードという数字を見てしまうと、やはりCDというパッケージで発売する意図も少なくなってきているのだなと思いました。CDやLPが好きな私としては少し残念ではありますが・・。恐らくこの手法は今後の主流となることでしょう。さて、楽曲に関してですが、Timbaland, Pharrell, Justin Timberlake,Beyonceという組合せで実現した"BLOW"はもう王道中の王道のR&B JAMですね。聴いていて爽快な気分になります。"Partition"はBeyonceらしいセクシーでパワフルな楽曲でした。"Mine"のピアノを基調としたDrakeとのデュエット作品も素晴らしかったです。" Heaven"は壮大なとても美しいバラードです。そしてラストの"Blue"は娘に送った楽曲という事で、とても愛らしい楽曲になっています。と正直捨て曲は無く、今年最後に私たちに贈られたXmasプレゼントは今年最高のR&B作品でした。収録曲はご存じだとは思いますが、記載がないので参考までに。Disc: 11.
