I know it seems silly to buy a special bag just for cat litter, but to have a bag that is big enough for a whole box of litter, and thick and sturdy enough not to tear and to to keep the smell inside if I have to store the bag temporarily in my place, It's worth it.

Make sure to check out the hack review posted back in 2023! I purchased 50 of these back in Oct 2023. It is now Feb 2025 and after using the hack, I have just opened the second set 25 bags. I am about to do the hack again on this set of bags. Now granted, we have 3 litter boxes in the house for 3 cats (1 litterbot) which I empty out once a week. By using the hack I should get 100 weeks out of these bags! They are strong-never had one break. The half size still fits and does the job well. I do t need the deep depth of the full size bag. I just have to be careful taking it out (pinch the four corners together, lift it out, and dump into a grocery bag. Works great!

I ordered my very first litter robot and was highly disappointed given it only included two complementary bags for a $700 unit. I ran through the first 2 bags in a matter of 2 weeks and knew I needed to get more and fast otherwise I was going to have a major issue. I put my order in and within days it arrived. I’ve gotta say the bags are super easy to open as opposed to some trash bags that I deal with on a day to day basis. They feel thick like they won’t tear by just holding them and they are decently large so they fit perfectly within the litter collection slot under the machine with extra plastic bag space so the cat waste isn’t anywhere near the top so you don’t have to worry about accidentally touching the ungodly mess that my two cats make. They appear to be scentless which is great because I don’t have to worry about my cats not wanting to use their litter box because of certain smells.

Lots and lots of bags!

Theses bags are nice and strong and will hold cat poop very well. My cat drops deuces wild all day and I'm so thankful that these don't ever seem to break. The bags may seem pricey, but when it comes to having a bag full of poop having to be carried out to my garbage can I'm not taking any chances. Never had a single bag leak or tear. With these bags you need not to worry, your poop will be well taken care of.

Don't substitute with using similar bags, only use Litter Robot bags on the Litter Robot 3 so they will fit your robot. 4 stars because they are too expensive, should be less costly on Amazon but nothing much anymore on Amazon is less expensive like used to be.

I have had my Litter-Robot for about five years and for over half of that time, I thought the official liners were a huge waste of money. I either used garbage bags or I bought litter box liner bags (the thick kind meant to go in traditional boxes.) Then I realized how much I was paying for litter box liners that didn’t fit — you can easily pay more than a dollar per bag — and how much of a waste it felt to use our beloved HippoSak garbage bags for this purpose since they were far bigger than needed.So a year and a half ago I finally bought a roll of these. So much better! These are much faster to fit into the drawer liner than anything else I have used, and they are clear, which fixed a persistent issue I had with the Litter Robot telling me the drawer was full long before it really was. They don’t rip, they are big enough to always easily tie shut even if the drawer is very full, and they definitely were worth the price based on how long one roll of 50 lasted: a year and a half for me, and I occasionally change our the liner more than once a week if I buy a particularly inferior litter that smells more than I want it to.If you have a Litter Robot, I think it is well worth it to buy these. Yes, you can use all sorts of other bags in here! That just doesn’t fit my situation since we don’t often shop places that give us plastic bags, we only buy one size of garbage bags, and like I said, litter box liners are way more expensive than these because they are designed to be thick enough to resist a cat’s nails. Also, I am so lazy that even though I no longer have to scoop, changing out the liner every week or so feels like a chore — these bags have made it a lot less annoying than using bags not made for the purpose because they don’t require as much fussing to fit correctly.
