She has already purchased two wigs and wanted two wig cases.I searched on Amazon and found these. I ordered the first one on May 3 2022 and a second on May 7 2022.The problem?!??!?! I specifically ordered MAROON medium wig case as is posted on the website. Different color options are stated. I even confirmed the maroon color with Amazon customer service agents not once but twice! I selected MAROON both times when ordering and both times we received purple! There’s a huge difference between maroon and purple. I spent (wasted) a great deal of time with Amazon customer service seeking a resolution to no avail. Why offer a refund for one case and request a return for the other case? This was not my mistake.The medium wig case itself is wonderful and well worth the money. Durability and sturdiness will last for years to come. I’m thoroughly disappointed how Amazon handled this situation. Please don’t assure me both will be maroon and then send me purple!
