Does the adjustable buckle stay on securely, and does the part you cut get frayed?

The buckle is secure and holds fast. When you cut the belt it will fray a bit but is easily solved by melting the edge with a lighter or candle.

Does it come in all 5 colors?

Yes, I bought them for my husband for work and he likes the belts. Overall they work well.

Just how durable is the plastic buckle?

Buckle stinks, gets disconnected from placement easily. The belt is good though plus you get 5, get a different buckle for like 6$, I got the one from build a belt that’s an old school roller, perfect combo.
