How long is the head phones jack cord?

It’s about 5ft long. I purchased a USB-C extension cable for mine. If you don’t have an extender, you won’t have much freedom to move around without getting snagged.

Are these "noise cancelling" like the usb-c version?

Sorry I don’t believe these are. I have both and only the wireless ones give me the option

Cetra II Core moonlight white version have a mute button? does the mute work on pc?

I have the ROG RGB Cetra with a similar controller. There is only a pause, vol up and vol down button. There is no mute button. This particular series of headphone will work anywhere you have a headphones jack as the ohms is the standard 16 ohms.

For usage on PC; Does the inline volume control for the earbuds control the windows audio or just the audio in my ears like any headset knobs?

When the ROG Cetra II is plugged into a windows laptop (in my case), pressing the inline volume buttons will adjust the volume in windows.
